CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (May 7, 2026) – Restroom renovations at Bissett Park, Englewood East Park, G.C Herring Park, and Maracaibo Kidspace Park will begin June 1, 2026 and is anticipated to be complete by Oct. 6, 2026. The restrooms will be closed during this time. There will be portable restrooms on site for use. The parks will remain open.
Park patrons are asked to avoid the work areas and use caution when in the park.
