CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (March 19, 2026) – Edgewater Boulevard between Midway Boulevard and Harbor Boulevard will have intermittent lane closures in the left-hand lane heading eastbound 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday, March 24 through Wednesday, March 25 for work crews to plant trees and prune vegetation.
Travelers should allow extra time when planning to travel through this area.
The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
