The Bayshore Live Oak Playground Restroom Replacement project will provide a new, modern restroom facility to better serve park visitors. The existing structure was damaged during Hurricanes Milton and Helene and is unsafe to repair or reuse. It will be replaced with a durable, code-compliant building designed for safety, accessibility, and ease of maintenance. Supervisor of Elections Warehouse

Provide new 20,000 sq ft +/- facility up to current code, meet needs of required climate controlledspace by the Supervisor of Elections. The facility shall include climate-controlled storage area for sensitive polling equipment and related supplies and support staff. Must be readily accessible and support staff needs for monitoring tabulation. Preferably house SOE administrative offices and serve public visitation in the same location. Includes 10,000 sq ft for emergency managemet and facilities.
East Port Water Reclamation Facility Expansion

This project includes the expansion of the current water reclamation facility to treat six million gallons of wastewater per day to nine million gallons per day.
